Bylaws and Rules of Procedure
The bylaws of the Ethics Commission are the internal, governing rules by which the Commission operates. They contain important information about how Ethics Commissioners are to conduct themselves as well as define the duties of the Executive Director, General Counsel and other staff.

Rules of Procedure
The Rules of Procedure explain the practice and procedures followed by the Ethics Commission and its employees in the performance of their duties under the law. The Rules describe, among other things, the procedure to follow for requesting an opinion, filing an ethics complaint and conducting public hearings.
