Policies and procedures
All Lobbyist registrations expire on December 31 of each calendar year. Lobbyist registrations may be renewed for an additional one year period, provided the Lobbyist files this form, identifying the specific Principal and issue for which representation will continue into the following year. The renewal form must be filed on or before January 31 of the year for which the renewal is sought. (To renew multiple Principals, click the “+” button and add the additional principal(s).

The above named Lobbyist and/or Principal does hereby agree that any electronic signature appearing on this document is deemed to be the same as a handwritten signature for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility and shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original executed copy of this document for all purposes.
