Welcome to the City of Naples Commission on Ethics and Governmental Integrity website.

The Ethics Commission will meet once every quarter beginning March 3, 2026. Meetings are held in City Council Chambers located at 735 8th Street South and begin at 8:30 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Ethics Commission in 2026 will be:  December 1, 2026.

The goal of our website is to provide the public with pertinent information about who we are and what we do in an easily accessible format. We invite you to explore the history of the Commission and learn about the Naples Ethics Code as well as information about ethics opinions, lobbyist policies and procedures, ethics training, the complaint process, and Whistleblower procedures.

Our mission is:

  • To support the integrity of our city government and its decision-making process,
  • To build public confidence in city government,
  • To address unethical conduct when it occurs,
  • To train and advise City officials and employees in ethical matters and
  • To serve as the guardian of the public trust.
